Whatever your business needs are, they can all be accommodated through our in-house Business Center.
Prices are quoted on an individual basis, depending on the type of equipment needed as well as the scope of the job requested. In order to address your specific group’s needs, please refer to the Business Center or discuss them with your Catering/Event Manager. Whether you require a fully operational office setup on property or various limited services, the Business Center is designed with everyone’s needs in mind.
The UPS Store is responsible for securing all packages that arrive to the hotel for guests. Packages may be sent to the hotel up to three days prior to the arrival of a guest. Handling fees apply per package, according to weight. Letter envelopes are $3, packages between 1-7 lbs are $7, above 7lbs, packages are calculated at .90 per pound, aside from crates, which are $200, and pallets, which are $300.
The UPS Store is located on the main level of the hotel, beside the gift shop. We are staffed weekdays from 8 am – 7 pm, and weekends from 9 am – 5 pm. You may visit us between these hours to retrieve all packages. Please be advised, that The UPS Store is unable to make deliveries to locations outside hotel property. After hours, you may retrieve packages by calling the front desk, at which point hotel security will deliver all packages to your specified location.
Below is the format for addressing all packages arriving to the hotel for guests. If you are unable to include all of the information listed below on the shipping label, please attach a separate sheet of paper somewhere on the box, including most importantly, the guests name who will retrieve the package.
